Both the back and palm of the mitt are covered with cowhide leather that undergoes a unique tanning process that turns regular leather into water-resistant breathable HydraHyde leather. Best of all the water-resistant benefits of HydraHyde last for the lifetime of the mitt. Meaning you'll never have to remember to purchase balm every season to protect your favorite pair of mittens. The HydraHyde cowhide reinforced patch on the palm of the hand provides added comfort and durability for extra wear and tear. The gloves are fleece-lined with a Hipora waterproof breathable insert and are insulated with Type G 150-gram 3M Thinsulate insulation for warmth without added bulk.
